Lien Sheng SS series single Crank Press is rational designed and
built for outstanding performance. It is ideal for deep drawing for
thick plate, punch shearing for thick plate, forging etc.

Maintenance of high Accuracy: The frame is rationally designed with a steel plate welded
construction which gives it high rigidity. The slide is of box type
construction with a four-way guide which assures special strength
against eccentric loads and a high dynamic accuracy.
Powerful and Quiet Drive Unit: The powerful compact drive unit is accommodated in an oil bath. The
sliding parts are all automatically lubricated and quiet operation
is assured.
Oil-type clutch and Brake: The clutch and brake are of
multiple construction with sintered
alloy used in the lining. Operation is in an oil bath so that the
life is long and adjustments are not required. Because of this
excellent clutch and brake, the press is very responsive to
intermittent operation and emergency stops which are indispensable
in connection with automated operation. The press can be used with
confidence because of the solenold valves are of the double type.
Oil-hydraulic Overlade Protector: This protector is incorporated in the slide to prevent overloads and
it offers complete protection for all mechanisms and dies. When an
overload occurs, the oil hydraulic pressure is automatically cut off
and the press is stopped. Rapid restarting is possible.
Automated: A crank driving ahaftend provided at left side of the press allows
easy to mount of automatic operations.
