Prosperous CD Double Crank Press

The Prosperous CD type double crank press has a highly rational design which maintains both safety and accuracy and makes is suitable for use in a wide range of pressing operations.
It is the ideal press for transfer processing progressive and automated production.

Maintenance of High Accuracy

The frame is rationally designed with a steel plate welded construction which gives it high rigidity. the side is a box type construction with a eight-side guide which assures special strength against eccentric loads and a high dynamic accuracy

Powerful and Quiet Drive Unit

The powerful compact drive unit is accommodated in an oil bath. The sliding parts are all automatically lubricated and quiet operation is assured.

Oil-type clutch and Brake

The clutch and brake are of multiple construction with sintered alloy used in the lining. Operation is in an oil bath so that the life is long and adjustments are not required. Because of this excellent clutch and brake, the press is very responsive to intermittent operation and emergency stops which are indispensable connection with automated operation. The press can be used with confidence because all of the solenoid valves are of the double type.

Oil-hydraulic Overload Protector

This protector is incorporated in the slide to prevent overloads and it offers complete protection for all mechanisms and dies. When an overload occurs, the oil hydraulic pressure is auto-magically cut off and the press is stopped. Rapid restarting is possible.

Slide Knock-out Device (Optional)

This is a pneumatic knock-out device, it is lightly convenient for automated operation since the knock-out position can be selected optionally with rotary arm.
